Examples of What You Could Build

Client Intake Tools

Replace messy email processes with branded intake forms, automated workflows, and client dashboards.

Internal or SaaS

Calculators & Estimators

Pricing tools, ROI calculators, or quote generators that save hours of manual work.

Great for SaaS

Internal Dashboards

Internal Tool

Feedback & Survey Tools

Small cohorts. Real results.

Each workshop is limited to 5 participants. This isn't a course with hundreds of people. It's an intensive, focused day where everyone ships something real.

Applications are selective

Not everyone who applies gets a spot. We review each application to ensure the cohort is right for the sprint. If you're serious about shipping, this is for you. If you're looking for a casual workshop, this probably isn't.

The Day

09:00

We start with the idea

We narrow the problem, define the user, and set strict product boundaries.

Late morning

Product decisions

We decide what this product is — and just as importantly, what it isn't.

Early afternoon

Build and connect the flow

The core experience is built and made real.

Mid-afternoon

Make it live

Payments are connected and the product is deployed.

16:00

Pitch

Each participant pitches what they built, who it's for, and what happens next.

You don't leave with plans. You leave with something live.

No courses. No theory. No long builds.

Just product design, executed end-to-end, using AI to remove friction.

This is for:

Funded founders who need to validate fast

You've raised money and time is your scarcest resource. Skip months of development — ship a paid MVP in one day and start learning from real customers immediately.

Business owners who need internal tools

Your team is drowning in spreadsheets and manual processes. Build the custom tool you've been putting off — approval systems, dashboards, client portals — in a single day.

Agency owners & consultants who want to productize

You're trading time for money. Turn your expertise into a SaaS product or tool that generates revenue while you sleep. Ship version one and start selling.

Executives with a side project they never start

You have the idea and the resources, but not the time to figure out how to build it. One focused day, and it's live. No more “someday”.

Who this is not for

This sprint is intentionally narrow.

Beginners

If you're looking to learn tools, basics, or “how to get started”, this isn't the right place.

People who want a course

There are no lessons, modules, or theory. We don't teach concepts — we ship.

Anyone who wants polish or perfection

This is about clarity and momentum, not finished products or edge cases.

People without a real problem

If you don't have a genuine business problem you care about, the day won't work.

Those uncomfortable making decisions

The sprint requires saying no quickly. If you want to explore endlessly, this will feel uncomfortable.

Anyone expecting me to build everything for them

This is done with you, not for you. You're involved all day.

People looking for motivation or inspiration

This isn't about mindset. It's about execution.

If reading this makes you slightly uncomfortable, you're probably a good fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need coding experience?

No. You bring the problem and product thinking. We use AI-powered tools and no-code/low-code approaches where appropriate. You'll be involved in every decision, but you don't need to write code yourself.

What tech stack do we use?

Typically Next.js, Supabase, and Vercel for deployment. We use AI (Claude, Cursor) to accelerate development. The stack is chosen for speed and maintainability — you'll own the code and can continue building after.

What should I prepare before the workshop?

Come with a real problem you want to solve. Not a vague idea, but a specific pain point you've experienced or observed. The clearer the problem, the better the outcome.

What if I don't finish in one day?

The constraint is part of the point. We ruthlessly cut scope to ensure you ship something live. If something takes longer, we simplify rather than extend. You'll leave with a working MVP, not a half-built project.

What support do I get after the workshop?

You own everything we build. I provide a post-workshop guide on maintenance and next steps. If you want continued support, we can discuss consulting arrangements separately.

Is it remote or in-person?

Currently remote via video call. This allows focused work without travel logistics. You'll share your screen, we'll work together in real-time.

Can I get a refund?

If we don't ship something live by end of day — for reasons within my control — I'll refund 50%. The format is designed around shipping, not teaching. Full refund policy details are provided before payment.

By the end of the day, you don't leave with plans.

You leave with something live.

A real, working product. With a paywall. Live on the internet. Built in one day.
